- Supporting the Key Account Manager in customer service and administrative internal processing
- Your main tasks will include the daily monitoring of order quantities and forecasts for listings, promotions and discontinuations as well as risk assessment to avoid rejects
- Competent and prompt processing of customer enquiries and complaints round off your daily routine
- Creating and sending information, requests and statistics on time
- You form an efficient interface between the customer and internal departments
- You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification in the relevant field
- Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in internal sales, preferably in an industrial company or food retailer
- You are familiar with the MS Office suite as a matter of course
- You are no stranger to working with ERP and CRM systems
- You enjoy working in a lively, fresh environment, value an independent way of working and are not afraid to critically scrutinise processes
