As an Advanced Inside Sales Representative, you bring extensive knowledge and expertise in managing complex sales activities and resolving sophisticated customer issues. You will serve as a key resource within the sales team, focusing on executing and problem-solving to improve sales processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Handle the most complex inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Process and manage high-impact customer orders.
- Maintain and update detailed and accurate customer records.
- Qualify and prioritize sales leads with strategic potential.
- Record, analyze, and report on detailed sales activities and trends.
- Develop and present comprehensive sales quotes and proposals.
- Resolve highly complex customer issues with products and services.
- Collaborate with multiple departments for large-scale orders.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives and projects.
- Mentor and guide junior associates and peers.

This role is eligible for Commission.
