- Hit daily and weekly lead‑generation, appointment‑setting, and performance goals.

- This is a performance‑driven role, not a desk job.
- Pay: $60,000.00 – $ per year (base pay + performance‑based bonuses + commission).
- Base pay plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses tied to leads, appointments, and sales.
- Clear path into Sales Representative or Leadership roles within 6–12 months based on performance.
