Sales Manager
- Serve as the sales manager for growing new Digital Data Center Customers.
- Must have 5 years of experience growing and managing sales teams.
- 3-5 years of experience selling complex technologies to large data center customers.
- Experience selling in large capital projects.
- Accountable for growth, pipeline development for Data Center Opportunities in North America.
- Experience presenting to executives internally and externally.
- Develop strategic account plans to expand Honeywell’s share.
- Collaborate globally with Honeywell’s regions based on customer needs.
- Accountable for the overall relationship between Honeywell and the customer.
- Travel North America and attend calls at various hours due to the nature of the customer and their growth.
- Lead as a single point of contact across all Honeywell business units.
- Prepare briefing documents for Honeywell Executives before meetings with customer executives.
- Expand the business with new solutions that may require the development of new relationships within the customer.
- Track, measure, and report on the business with the customer and document the personal impact.
- Lead, guide, and hold the dedicated operation team to customer expectations while reporting to functional leaders.
- Use Salesforce, databases, and various tools to estimate Honeywell’s share with the customer.
- Minimum of 10+ years in sales, preferably in new customer acquisitions with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business sales quotas.
- Good knowledge of Data Center technologies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $186,000 - $209,500. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education, training, key skills, and market and business considerations.
