In this role, you will impact the company significantly by driving revenue growth through effective account management. Your ability to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional service will enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen Honeywell's position in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑added solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
- Ability to travel 50–75% within 200 mile radius from employee's residence (in one of these states: IL, MI, IN)
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $114,000–$142,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $131,000–$163,000. This salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is incentive eligible.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Minimum 3 years in Building Automation.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar sales role with a focus on account management.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
