  • Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication and build client trust
  • Sales Reporting: Track activities in CRM, follow up regularly, and analyze lost opportunities
  • Sales Tools Management: Optimize UpWork profiles, automated bidding tools, and outreach efforts via Linked In and email
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT sales with a track record of achieving targets
  • Knowledge and experience in UI/UX design, working with design teams, and/or selling UI/UX services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to engage and persuade potential clients, with strong negotiation skills
  • Responsibility, independence, diligence, and responsiveness
