- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential leads on UpWork and other platforms
- Client Communication: Respond to inquiries, initiate discussions, and understand client needs

- Negotiation and Closing: Manage terms, secure agreements, and finalize contracts
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication and build client trust
- Sales Reporting: Track activities in CRM, follow up regularly, and analyze lost opportunities
- Sales Tools Management: Optimize UpWork profiles, automated bidding tools, and outreach efforts via Linked In and email
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT sales with a track record of achieving targets
- Knowledge and experience in UI/UX design, working with design teams, and/or selling UI/UX services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to engage and persuade potential clients, with strong negotiation skills
- Responsibility, independence, diligence, and responsiveness
