Retail Sales Consultant to assist in providing exceptional customer service and sales of premium mattress and bedding products.

• Help customers find the best sleep solution using the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system and marketing our product line.
• Sell mattresses, bedding and related accessories using a proven selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers’ lives.
• Use tablets, mobile point‑of‑sale, and bedMATCH technology to complete sales transactions.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and guide them to the optimal product.

• Availability to work evenings, most holidays, and all weekends with a typical 4‑5‑day work week (40–55 hours per week).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset showroom floor, and assist customers with loading mattress purchases.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred.
