On site Lead Generator

What You’ll Do

• Work inside assigned Lowe's store locations 3 days per week, weekends required, 9 am to 3 pm, engaging shoppers and generating qualified leads for custom closet and storage solutions
• Approach, greet, and educate potential customers on Closet Factory products and services
• Qualify leads and schedule in‑home design consultations for our sales team
• Set up, break down, and maintain display materials and/or mobile showroom (some heavy lifting required)
• Track daily lead activity and report results to management
• Represent the Closet Factory brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times

• Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and initiating conversations with strangers in a retail environment
• Reliable transportation, travel between store locations is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for setup and breakdown of display materials
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, retail, or customer service preferred
• Must be punctual and dependable; your presence in‑store drives our pipeline

• Part‑time – 3 days on site, with some weekends required
• Competitive hourly base pay + performance bonuses for qualified leads generated
• Mileage reimbursement for travel over 20 miles from your location
