The Neuro Care Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
Responsibilities- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and internal/external stakeholders
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff; provide product and patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts; tailor solutions to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and collaborate with internal teams to drive cohesive sales strategies
- Integrate cross-functional expertise to execute sales strategies and achieve shared objectives
- Maintain call average per the sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers)
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned geography/region
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties for geographical assignment
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field)
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts/stakeholders; working with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access partners
- Preferred: experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states
- Preferred: new product launch experience
- Senior Sales Specialist: min 1 year;
Executive Sales Specialist: min 7 years
- Proven accomplishments; strong written and oral communication
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually and use technology
- Demonstrated leadership/interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license
Regular travel, including possible air and weekend/overnight travel.
