This is a full-time, on-site Floater role based in Dover, DE. The Floater will assist in various aspects of fence installation and maintenance, providing support wherever needed to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include material handling, equipment operation, site preparation, and assisting the team with fence assembly and installation. The Floater will also help maintain tools and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, safety practices, and equipment handling
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills for effectively collaborating with installation crews
- Able to lift an 80 lbs concrete bag
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required

Pay- $16.00 - $20.00
