Spray Foam Installer; Dover, DE

Tru Team, part of Top Build Corp, is recruiting experienced installers for a variety of energy‑efficient insulation and building material products.

Responsibilities

• Install company products—including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products—according to work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all required products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job‑site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report any safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform related warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Carry out any additional duties, tasks, or responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position; reasonable accommodations will be provided upon request.
• Ability to travel locally and out‑of‑town as required; daily travel to job sites expected.
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.
• Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.

Compensation Range
: $13.00 – $30.00 per hour, with final base salary determined by experience and qualifications.
