• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks and trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Replace or repair defective parts, such as brakes, engines, and transmissions.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in diesel mechanics preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in diesel truck and trailer repair.
• Valid CDL license is a plus, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
