Metropolitan Management Group (MMG) is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you have experience or training in residential or commercial maintenance repair, this may be the job for you!

• Maintain the residential apartments and supporting facilities to achieve the highest level of resident satisfaction and retention.
• Execute repairs, installations, and overall maintenance of projects on an assigned property following detailed instructions.
• Perform general cleanup of the apartment community, including apartment turns, upkeep of grounds and parking lot, and complete general work orders for residents.
• Conduct painting and repair of apartments for turns using hand tools and small power tools.
• Possess experience in electrical, plumbing, appliances, painting/drywall, carpentry, heating and air handling systems.
• Provide service-oriented, professional, orderly, and timely work while adhering to safety regulations, standards, and all MMG policies and procedures.

• High School diploma or GED
• One year of prior related experience preferred but not required
• Trade school training a plus
