Golf Cart Attendant

The Golf Cart Attendant is responsible for:

• Bringing carts from cart storage for rental purposes and placing carts in cart storage when carts are finished being rented.
• Cleaning carts, refueling, inventorying, and verbally reporting any damage immediately to a supervisor.
• Picking up driving range golf balls and buckets when required.
• Placing golf bags which are in club storage onto carts and vice-versa when finished.
• Performing spot wipes before placing bag in club storage rack.
• Taking water, ice, and drinking cups onto golf course for drinking purposes when required.
• Performing seasonal tasks as required, such as sweeping pavements, cart storage shed, picking up litter, emptying trash cans, and vacuuming.
• In the Pro Shop, checking customer identification, signing out rental equipment, assisting customers in selecting merchandise, receiving payment, and ringing up sales of merchandise, green fees, rental fees, etc. Selling beverages/pre-wrapped sandwiches, restocking shelves, i.e. soda and beer on course, and marshaling as needed.
• Performing other related duties as it pertains to the position.
