Full-time with some evenings/weekends
Location:
Sussex County, DE
Pay Range: $35,000 - $42,000 per year

What You’ll Do- Assess families to identify needs, strengths, and goals
- Develop and implement intervention plans
- Connect families with community resources such as housing, healthcare, and support
- Services
- Provide coaching and support to parents and caregivers
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Associates Degree and 8-10 years of experience working in the community with families
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre‑employment and post‑offer drug screening
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
