DRIVER (NON-CDL) / GENERAL LABORER

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is looking for multiple Drivers (non-CDL) and Movers to join our team immediately. Our core purpose is to Move People Forward®, and that includes our hardworking team members! Must be 21 with valid Driver’s License to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle. Not qualified to be a driver? No problem…become a Mover today!

• Drivers start at $19 per hour + tips
• Movers start at $16 per hour + tips
• TIPS earned daily! (Top performers earn $600-$800 a month)

• Drive and lead – safely operate our automatic 26‑ft. branded box trucks (no CDL required) and oversee job sites
• Provide positive energy and top‑notch customer service.
• Safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings with care and efficiency
• Comply with all FMCSA and DOT rules and regulation
• Understand and complete all customer‑facing documents and move paperwork
• Stay active and hustle – lift 75 lbs. or more and get a great workout every day
• Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Hustle!

• Must be at least 21, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record to be driver
• Movers must be at least 18 years
• Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, walking
• Physical stamina – you won’t find a workout like this anywhere else!
• Team player attitude – we move as a team and support each other
