Communicate proactively with clients, carriers, and internal teams about shipment status and resolve issues;
Handle daily warehouse tasks: receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments;
Keep inventory accurate with cycle counts and system updates (WMS);
Schedule shipments, pickups, and deliveries; track shipments;
Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, SLI, CI, PL, etc.)
