Overview

Retail Inventory Associate - Driver. Starting Wage: $16.00 - $21.00. Part Time:
Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn! Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

• Safety First - Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner. This role is responsible for adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, as well as conducting and completing vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.

• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work. If no inventory experience, training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Applicants with no degree, no experience, returning to the workforce, or military experience encouraged to apply
• Access to reliable transportation

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Willing to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, occasional walking, repetitive hand/wrist motions, low level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), frequent ladder use, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs, and travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
