• Supervise and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians in daily operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on trucks and trailers to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage scheduling and workflow to optimize shop productivity and efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide hands‑on support for complex repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts inventory.
• Implement best practices for safety and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with management to develop training programs for staff development.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment that promotes safety and efficiency.

• Proven experience in truck and trailer maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred.
• ASE certification in relevant areas is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
