• Top pay for top drivers. Earn up to $100,000 per year, including 80
  
  CPM (75
  
  CPM base plus up to 5
  
  CPM in bonuses) and $2,200 for top weeks. Bring the time and talent, and K&B will bring the freight, pay, and equipment to make it happen.*
• Weekly minimum guaranteed pay as high as $1,725.* . We have skin in the game to keep you running. If you're giving us time, you're getting paid.
• Drive reliable, modern equipment. Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers; tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters and more.
• Run 100% No-touch freight. We need drivers to drive-worry about the road, not about your load.
• Home time options to fit your lifestyle. Run as long as you like, or get home weekly in some areas. Options vary based on location and experience-ask recruiter for details.
• Clean inspection, safety, and referral bonuses
• Paid air fare to orientation and between work time and home time
• Free travel, lodging, and meals for orientation

CPM pay is comprised of a 75

CPM base pay and 5

CPM in temporary bonuses applicable for the first 6 months of employment.

Driver Requirements

• Current Class A CDL
• 1 year of current OTR tractor-trailer (combination vehicle) experience.

Warning:

• $5,000 bonus available for a limited time.
• $0.44-$0.47 per mile
• Stop pay: $58 - $60 per stop
• Extra stops in PA: $75
• Detention pay: $16 per hour
• Off account work: $100 - $350
• Equipment move: $15
• Maintenance repair on site: $10 - $50
• New hire training daily pay: $250 per day
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $80,000
