Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

Your role in our success will be:

The Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient material handling, and compliance with policies and safety standards. This role leads a team in driving consistent execution of warehousing standards, inventory system accuracy, and timely support to field and operational teams. Regular travel between warehouse sites is required based on project needs and operational priorities.

What you’ll be working on:
  • Supervises, coaches, and develops warehouse staff across assigned locations.
  • Fosters a culture of safety, accountability to ensure consistent adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
  • Conducts regular team meetings, performance reviews, and operational audits.
  • Delivers hands-on guidance and training in inventory system and warehouse workflows.
Inventory & Material Handling
  • Manages end-to-end material flow from request to check-out, including Purchase Requisition and Picklist processes
  • Ensures accurate receiving, storage, and issuance of materials per SOPs.
  • Coordinates inventory transfers and replenishment between warehouse sites.
  • Reviews and approves material requests and adjustments entered by warehouse staff.
Inventory Systems & Reporting
  • Oversees all inventory system functions including Purchase Requisition creation, material issues, returns, and adjustments.
  • Performs periodic inventory reconciliations and audits across all sites and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generates and analyzes inventory and transaction reports to identify trends and ensure accuracy.
  • Supports ERP and inventory system integrations, including data validation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partners with other teams to ensure timely requisitions and invoice processing.
  • Recommends and implements process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensures compliance with asset control, materials management, and audit requirements.
  • Maintains current documentation for warehouse SOPs and system workflows.
  • Monitor warehouse conditions for cleanliness, capacity, and safety standards.

Who you are:

  • High School Diploma;
    Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent related experience)
  • 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • 5 years in warehouse or inventory management preferred.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to complete certification
  • Proficiency with enterprise inventory systems required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel within service areas
