• Act as a liaison between the program team and IT team to translate business needs and ensure seamless process workflows
• Conduct complex analyses from program and industry data to support business proposals and operational improvements
• Lead meetings for requirements gathering, improvement planning, and troubleshooting
• Manage program data through variance analysis and reconciliations
• Track project progress, manage risks, and report project status to stakeholders

• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, with at least 4 years in an Analyst role
• At least 2 years of data analysis experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience creating reports in Salesforce
• Experience in energy efficiency projects
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including XLOOKUP and Power Query

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
