This position plays a critical role in supporting our service operations by ensuring technicians and customers have timely access to the correct parts.
As part of a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership, you will collaborate closely with service technicians, advisors, and customers to keep operations running efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with parts experience or a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry with a respected dealership.

- Accurately identify, source, and supply parts to service technicians to support efficient repair operations
- Utilize dealership systems and manufacturer catalogs to research parts and process orders with precision
- Process and bill parts to repair orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage special-order parts, including tracking, communication, and follow-up with vendors and customers
- Collaborate with technicians and team members to resolve parts-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized inventory, including stocking, cycle counts, and proper storage of parts
- Ensure timely parts availability to minimize service delays and support overall operational efficiency
- Uphold a clean, safe, and well-organized parts department environment
- Working knowledge of automotive parts and systems, or a strong willingness to learn and develop in the role
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn dealership management and parts systems
- Effective organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Professional attitude with a commitment to teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Dealership experience preferred, but not required
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to bend, squat, climb or reach frequently throughout the day
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday with some Saturday rotation
- Closed Sundays
