Customer Service Rep
Job Summary
Lot Auditor – Commercial Parking Division / Hotel Self Parking Division. Reports to the Commercial Parking Manager / Hotel Self Parking Manager. Temporary (May – June) or full‑time/part‑time. Non‑Exempt. Hourly compensation: $25.00 per hour (may vary by market).
Key Responsibilities- Issue tickets, handle payments, and track revenue accurately.
- Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
- Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
- Check the lot regularly, report unsafe or suspicious activity, and enforce parking policies.
- Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks as needed.
- Help guests with payments and parking questions while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Use radios appropriately, stay in contact with the team, and support a positive work environment.
- Arrive on time, follow company policies, and consistently maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Take on other tasks as needed to support operations, including attending training sessions and adapting to scheduling needs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred; a positive, helpful attitude is essential.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Clean motor vehicle record: no more than three moving violations within the past three years.
- Successful completion of a background check required and must be maintained throughout employment.
- No special certifications required for this role.
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Customer ServiceDemonstrates excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and close attention to detail while interacting with guests and team members.
Technology UseTeam members may need to use a personal cell phone for work‑related communications or to access mobile apps. Reimbursement will follow company policy when applicable.
