Position: Client Service Excellence Representative (FINRA Licensed)

At Vanguard, we live a client‑first mentality. Our Client Service Excellence Center associates help clients through life's biggest moments – from buying their first home to preparing for retirement. In this role, you will connect with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with account‑related needs.

Compensation & Benefits

First year total potential compensation: $70,500 – $81,500 ($62,000 – $72,000 base salary). Includes quarterly performance‑based bonuses, merit increases, and company bonuses. You will also receive a $20,000 licensing bonus for active SIE, Series7, and Series
63 licenses. Milestone rewards: $10,000 at 3‑year anniversary, $20,000 at 5‑year anniversary, and $20,000 every 5 years thereafter.

Work Model

Fully remote from within the state of New Hampshire.

Licensing Requirement

Must hold active FINRA Series7 and Series
63 licenses. Partial licenses or no current licenses: other non‑remote opportunities available.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to address a wide range of financial inquiries, from account maintenance to issue resolution.
  • Lead with empathy and an owner’s mindset to solve problems, uncover client needs, and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on strategic initiatives to continuously improve the client and crew experience.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer‑facing and/or inbound phone experience, demonstrated by strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes, taking initiative, anticipating needs, and ensuring trust in each interaction.
  • Learner’s attitude with an appetite to build knowledge continuously.
  • High school, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Desire for stability and a long‑term career in client service.
Special Factors
  • New hires may need to be fully jurisdiction‑registered in all U.S. states and territories.
