Our successful manufacturing client needs a Customer Service Manager for their team! This direct-hire, hybrid role is perfect for a thoughtful leader with a minimum of three years of customer service experience.

• Manage, train, mentor, and review performance of customer service team
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
• Prepare knowledge-based materials and custom product quotes
• Communicate directly with customers as needed to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure their needs are met
• Inform organization stakeholders of changes to customer demand, technical requirements, or other potential impacts to the business
• Compile reports and analyze statistics
• Foster a safe, customer-focused work environment

• 3-5 years of experience in a related customer service role
• Extensive knowledge of customer service principles
• Previous experience in a manager role preferred
• Knowledge of MRP or other computer systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
