Newington Public School is seeking a dedicated, student-centered educator to serve as an anticipated Long-Term Substitute Kindergarten Teacher. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a small, close-knit school community that values strong relationships, collaborative learning, and innovative instructional practices.

The successful candidate will:
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for young learners.
- Implement developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with district curriculum and learning goals.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, specialists, and families to support student growth and success.
- Utilize best practices in early childhood education, including play-based and inquiry-driven learning experiences.
- Contribute positively to a school culture built on teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- New Hampshire certification in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education required.
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of project-based learning and student-centered instructional practices is desirable.
