Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced Special Education Case Manager for a full-time position in the Brookline, New Hampshire area. This role involves working closely with school districts to support students with special needs, ensuring they receive the educational resources and guidance required to succeed. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in students' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' specific needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive educational support.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the school and parents, keeping them informed of student progress and program adjustments.
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records of student progress and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Advocate for students' needs within the school setting and ensure their rights are protected.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • State Certification:
    Must hold a valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher certification.
  • Education:

    A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience:

    At least two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills:

    Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge:
    Familiarity with state and federal special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
