Job Overview

St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Dover, NH is seeking a qualified Spanish Teacher for grades 9‑12 for the 2026‑2027 school year.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish or related field (Masters preferred).
• One to three years of high school teaching experience, or related practicum/ program.
• New Hampshire state certification in the appropriate subject area or ability to work toward certification.

• Lead and manage assigned classes under supervision of Principal and Department Chair.
• Align instruction with St. Thomas Aquinas Mission Statement and Catholic values.
• Develop and implement daily instructional programs based on student needs and curriculum.
• Recognize and incorporate student diversity and unique talents to foster belonging.
• Maintain accurate attendance, achievement, and other required records.
• Establish positive public relations within and outside the school community.
• Commit to ongoing professional learning and growth.
