What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in delivering land development projects from concept through construction by:

• Designing residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
• Preparing site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, utility layouts, and erosion and sediment control plans.
• Performing stormwater, utility, earthwork, and site design calculations.
• Supporting feasibility studies, due diligence, permitting, and site investigations.
• Working closely with municipalities and regulatory agencies throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
• Collaborating with surveyors, project managers, planners, and senior engineers to deliver successful projects.
• Taking on increasing responsibility and project ownership as your career grows.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of land development experience preferred.
• EIT certification preferred; PE license or working toward licensure is a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
