Are you an experienced Engineer looking to take a step up and progress into a leadership role, having autonomy to manage a small team while still staying hands-on with real-world engineering challenges?

This is an opportunity to lead the support faction within a well-established Product Support / Reliability team at an extremely well-respected manufacturer. You'll take ownership of performance, product reliability analysis, and corrective action processes, while mentoring engineers and working cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across existing product lines.

This role focuses on ensuring products in production remain reliable, compliant, safe, and cost-effective. You'll be the technical lead, acting as the link between engineering, quality, manufacturing, and service.

• Lead and coordinate projects
• Manage and mentor engineers within the Product Support / Reliability team
• Investigate field failures, warranty issues, and production concerns to identify root cause and corrective actions
• Drive reliability improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and performance enhancements

• Experience in Mechanical Design Engineering, Project engineering and Product Support within a manufacturing environment
• Previous leadership, mentoring, or technical lead experience (formal or informal)
