• Support the sales, service, and facilities efforts onsite or at a customer’s facility
• Participate and lead customer trials in our Customer Innovation Center (CIC)
• Operate and maintain the machines in the CIC
• Take lead on writing lab reports and trial summaries
• Track and maintain inventory of raw materials for trials
• Public speaking and machine demonstrations at technical conferences and customer visits
• Identify and recommend machine design improvements
• Technical process support for customers
• Assist service team with installation and commissioning of new machines
• Domestic and international travel as required to meet customer needs
• Assist and guide interns in the completion of their everyday tasks and final projects
• Other duties as assigned

• BS Engineering, preferably in plastics or pulp and paper
• Public speaking and presentation skills
• Ability to read, understand and analyze statistical data and characteristics
