The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving successful retirement and planning their financial future through group and individual presentations to Government 457 plan participants.
Responsibilities- Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews, one‑on‑one and group presentations to target participants.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory or within employer‑sponsored plans.
- Arrange and deliver virtual and on‑site meetings using professional technology.
- Manage meeting schedules, including travel booking.
- Create and execute dynamic business plans and tactics to drive positive retirement income objectives.
- Document interactions in Salesforce and collect required information to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Achieve plan level and individual goals to meet service level agreements and business results.
- Participate in client meetings, sales finals, and other external meetings as needed.
- Collaborate across internal service and management teams to improve overall effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strategic thinker who can work independently.
- Strong relationship building and territory management skills.
- FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations required; current FINRA registrations highly preferred.
- FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Knowledge of retirement planning building blocks.
- Basic understanding of defined contribution plans.
- Practical experience providing high‑level consultative client interactions.
- Medical, dental, vision and life insurance.

Base Salary Range: $72,200.00 - $. Non‑sales positions may earn a bonus. Sales positions are eligible for incentive plans that can significantly increase total compensation.
