Director of Finance

Our client, a Global Manufacturing Company is currently looking for a Director of Finance to support a large region in the US. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact finance leadership role. This position leads financial operations across North America and Mexico and partners closely with commercial and operational leadership to drive performance, profitability, and strategic growth.

• Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, including the Chief Commercial Officer
• Lead costing strategy (standard costing, new product costing, margin optimization)
• Own working capital performance and cost structure improvement
• Drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the region
• Oversee close, reporting, audit, and financial controls
• Lead and develop a large finance team
• Support M&A activity and Oracle‑driven system initiatives

• Experience in complex, multi‑site and global manufacturing environments
• Deep expertise in cost accounting and operational finance
• Strong business partner to operations and commercial teams
• Hands‑on leader with the ability to bring structure and drive execution
• Oracle experience preferred;
  Spanish language skills a plus
