• Financial reporting and analysis
• Forecasting and variance explanations
• KPI tracking and performance metrics
• Cross-functional business support
• Excel modeling and data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 0-2 years of analytical experience
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn
• A can-do attitude and someone who wants to help the team
