Patient Access Rep - Dover

M-F Between the hours of 7:30am - 5pm No weekends or holidays. Responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient check-in and discharge process by providing excellent customer service, collecting patient information, verifying insurance coverage explaining policies & procedures, and handling patient questions.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No

Experience

1-2 years preferred

• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification procedures preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
