  • Serve as the GO‑NORTH lead for programmatic compliance of the RHTP behavioral health initiative in accordance with CMS Rural Health Transformation program requirements and other applicable law
  • Strengthen CMHC EMR, health IT, and data infrastructure
  • Support CMHC implementation of a common EHR/technology approach, in coordination with the GO‑NORTH technology lead
  • Establish and promote standard metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support CCBHC readiness, access, population health management, and evaluation
  • Build rural behavioral health workforce capacity
  • Lead a rural behavioral health workforce strategy, in collaboration with the GO‑NORTH workforce lead and education partners
  • Support recruitment, training, and retention of clinicians, peers, prevention specialists, and allied staff

  • Build regional partnerships and maintain strong relationships with agencies, providers, community partners, and people with lived experience
  • Align RHTP behavioral health work with DHHS Behavioral Health programming and requirements
  • Track outcomes, adjust implementation as needed, and support grant resource allocation with GO‑NORTH leadership
  • Provide virtual/on‑site technical assistance to advance best practices, evidence‑based care, and quality improvement
