Job SummaryMonday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am – 5pm. No weekends or holidays.
Responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient check‑in and discharge process by providing excellent customer service, collecting patient information, verifying insurance coverage and explaining policies & procedures, and handling patient questions.
Qualifications- Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No.
- Licenses and Credentials – None specified.
- Experience – Admitting, scheduling, registration, or insurance verification experience. 1-2 years preferred.
