Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Medical Sonographers for contract assignments at partnering hospitals in Dover, New Hampshire. Whether you’re looking to travel or stay local, we’re committed to helping sonographers find the right fit with top facilities across the country.

Qualifications
  • Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
General Diagnostic Sonographer Contract Details
  • $1,860 - $2,053 per week*
  • 11‑week contract with possibility to extend
  • PM shifts available
  • Hospital setting
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment and review images to ensure they are of good quality and helpful for diagnosis.
  • Identify normal and abnormal imaging results, communicate a summary of the results to physicians/health professionals, and alert them to urgent problems.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and educate patients throughout the ultrasound exam.
  • Review patient medical history, record imaging results in patient records, and coordinate care with various departments within the facility.
