The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department at The Lake Estate. This position ensures that the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained to the highest level, providing guests with a comfortable and pleasant environment. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team, we encourage you to apply.

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities, including room turnover, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of housekeeping staff to achieve and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to ensure compliance with established cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to optimize efficiency and coverage.
- Manage and control the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to address guest requests and special requirements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols within the housekeeping department.
- Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new housekeeping team members.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or in a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
