Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator provides front-line HR support in a fast-paced die casting manufacturing environment. This employee-facing position assists with routine employee needs, coordinates on-site HR activities, maintains HR records, and supports recruiting, onboarding, payroll/timekeeping, benefits, and employee communications. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee HR questions and requests.
• Assist employees with HR forms, benefits information, payroll/timekeeping questions, attendance matters, and HR systems.
• Coordinate on-site HR activities, employee communications, meetings, training, and recognition programs.
• Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR system information.
• Process routine employee changes and HR documentation.
• Support supervisors with established HR processes, forms, and documentation.
• Maintain a visible and approachable HR presence throughout the facility and across shifts as needed.
• Identify employee concerns or sensitive matters requiring additional review and promptly elevate them to HR leadership.
• Assist with HR projects, audits, compliance activities, and other duties as assigned.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

1–3 years of HR, administrative, payroll, recruiting, or related experience preferred.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.

Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and employee-service skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems preferred.

This is an on-site position in an active die casting manufacturing facility. Regular interaction with employees on the production floor is expected, and appropriate PPE must be worn in designated areas. Some schedule flexibility may be required to support multiple shifts.
