Seeking an energetic HR & Operations Coordinator to support our leadership team in streamlining day-to-day operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

In this pivotal position, you’ll work closely with the COO and HR Manager to coordinate meetings, manage travel arrangements, assist with onboarding and training, and ensure our internal systems operate smoothly. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help keep our firm running seamlessly while supporting our team’s growth and success.

Required Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and firm management software
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations

  • Experience in legal, HR, or office operations roles
  • Familiarity with onboarding, performance management, or recruitment processes
