The Lead BI Engineer is a technical leadership role responsible for defining and governing the organization’s business intelligence (BI) platform and the data and analytics architecture that supports it. This position drives innovation in BI and analytics capabilities, ensures alignment with enterprise data and analytics strategy, and leads initiatives that enhance data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

• Defines and establishes enterprise‑wide BI architecture, standards, and best practices.
