Senior Technical Consultant - Share Point

The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for implementing solutions using Intapp’s Collaboration software and developing and delivering technical training to customers. The role is a mix of client-facing consultative work and behind-the-scenes solution design, configuration, data analysis, and data manipulation. It involves a diverse set of responsibilities in an agile and deadline-driven environment. The individual in this role will leverage analytical skills and relevant technical knowledge to engage with customers and Intappers to deliver an excellent and consistent level of client service.

The role is based in Belfast and may involve limited travel.

Super-user or administrator level experience with MS SharePoint and MS Teams is a must, as is a strong interest in using technology to create value for our clients.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for success.

Software delivery experience in one of the public sector, legal, professional, or financial services.

Integration with our customers’ line of business systems and an understanding of the relationship between data and business requirements are important elements of delivery.

• Implement and configure Intapp’s Collaboration platform software in the customer’s M365 environment as part of a small team, including integrations with the customer’s line of business applications using existing integration tools.
• Conduct meetings to gather, refine, and document business requirements.
• Configure software and confirm expected functionality.
• Demonstrate configured software to solicit customer feedback and refinement.
• Coordinate M365 tasks with the customer’s IT team (e.g., AD group creation, data integration activities).
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities with the customer’s project team.
• Communicate and manage issues with the Intapp project manager to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

• Ten years’ plus experience working in a technical capacity with five years’ experience in a software consultant or technical analyst role.
• Strong time management, prioritisation, and communication skills, particularly the ability to prioritise and execute tasks for multiple, concurrent client projects.
• Experience administering SharePoint and implementing SharePoint-based solutions in a client-facing capacity or at a third party/consultancy.
• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Teams and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Azure and the M365 admin centre.
• Some automation coding experience in Microsoft technologies such as Power Shell or Power Automate.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with shared objectives and on own initiative.
• Advanced administration skills, especially using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience deploying client-side software desired.
• Experience in Power BI and Power Automate desired.
