Litigation Paralegal | New Hampshire | Direct Hire | $60-85K+ (DOE)

A well-established and highly respected Southern New Hampshire law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling civil matters in State and Federal Courts. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced litigation environment and enjoys managing cases from intake through resolution.

• Prepare pleadings, motions, demand packages, settlement documents, and legal correspondence
• Manage case files from inception through trial or settlement
• Coordinate medical records, evidence collection, and expert scheduling
• Assist with discovery, document organization, and trial preparation
• File and serve legal documents in State and Federal Courts (including e‑filing systems)
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• 4+ years of law firm litigation experience
• Experience managing plaintiff‑side civil files preferred
• Strong understanding of NH court rules and discovery deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems
