A respected, multi‑office New England law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its team in a research and writing focused role. This position is ideal for an early‑career attorney who wants to build a strong foundation in litigation strategy, motion practice, and legal analysis while working closely with experienced personal injury attorneys.
What You’ll Do- Draft legal memoranda, motions, briefs, and pleadings
- Conduct in‑depth legal research to support active litigation
- Assist senior attorneys with case strategy and trial preparation
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices and practice teams
- Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire
- 1–3 years of legal experience (clerkship experience welcome)
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
