Join a reputable property management team as a Property Maintenance Technician in Lowell, MA, and help keep residential properties safe, functional, and inviting. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for performing repairs, preparing units for new tenants, and handling various maintenance tasks across several properties.

You’ll work independently while collaborating with a Senior Technician who offers guidance and support to ensure top-notch service.

• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
• Completing unit turnovers, including patching, painting, and changing light bulbs
• Performing general property upkeep and basic repairs
• Conducting light drywall repairs, outlet and fixture replacements, and similar tasks
• Collaborating with a Senior Maintenance Technician for training and guidance
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with tenants

• A reliable, professional demeanor along with strong communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check (no violent or sexual offenses)
• A clean, valid driver’s license with no suspensions
• A reliable personal vehicle for travel between properties
• Basic hand tools and a willingness to work independently

This position is on-site in Lowell, MA, supporting properties in the surrounding area. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with rotating on-call coverage for emergencies.
