Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Claims Lead to oversee warranty claim operations for the Windows and Doors division from our Londonderry, NH plant. This hybrid role requires about 2 days in the office weekly, with travel for training and project work as needed.
You will lead the claims team, mentor staff, handle escalated claims, and partner with plant, sales, and service teams to drive quality and customer satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
