-  - Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor converting machinery to produce products that meet customer specifications, company quality standards, and production schedules;
Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical or electrical issues affecting machine performance, performing basic adjustments when appropriate and escalating maintenance concerns as needed;
Inspect product output throughout the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and promptly report any non-conforming materials or production issues to production management;
Accurately record and maintain production data within the designated production software systems to ensure reliable operational reporting and traceability;
Maintain an organized and efficient work area by staging materials, managing workflow, and supporting smooth machine operation and production continuity
