Production Associate ; Balloon Second Shift

• Manufacture medical components in a clean room environment under general supervision in accordance with specifications and written procedures.
• Machine operation and manual production using hand tools; visual inspection, physical measurements, and packaging of finished product.
• Work with small and delicate components requiring a high degree of dexterity and accuracy; maintain direct contact with medical grade components.
• Read, understand, and follow written procedures without deviating from the outlined process after training.
• Operate basic balloon machines, cutters, scissors, air tools, and measurement tools (e.g., rulers, calipers, pin gauges).
• Enter data from manufacturing processes into computer software.
• Adhere to Cleanroom Environment requirements, Good Documentation Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent experience.
• No experience required.

• Dexterity and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read and understand written specifications and procedures.
• Working experience in a FDA or ISO regulated environment is a plus.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend; ability to lift items up to 35–50 lbs as applicable.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with detail orientation and adherence to Nordson’s Safety Policy.
